數位輔助工具的出現,使我們能更好的學習生物的動態或是生存機制,進而達到追求的機能性設計。隨著建築領域綠色永續概念推動、環境變遷及勞動力短缺,設計發展有了更多元化的可能性,包括更少的耗能、新的材料或能夠適應環境的組織方式,開始被實裝於符合現代建築被動趨勢的設計操作。   本研究通過參數化的設計流程,借鑒生物的角質層溫度控制機制作為型態依據,並思考在原建築立面上建立新的皮層系統。本研究分為五步驟(1)將原建築的環境數據作為資料基礎並收斂操作目標面(2)以圓形堆疊(circle packing)演算法於建築立面模擬角質層推擠樣態分割立面(3)在各單元發展後回測各尺度單元對於室內熱環境改善效益(4)將數據利用於原立面參數設計上(5)五金尺寸迴圈檢討。最後依照設計結果融合現有的建材及標準化設計結果,建立系統化施工方法,發展出適應熱環境的快速施工及輕質的皮層組織模式。   經由本研究設計操作及數據分析,依現有的建築環境數據,發展有利於熱環境效益改善的快速組裝輕質立面。本研究通過操作及分析建立新建皮層設計的流程要點,並可視化參數於演算分析時的相互關連性,以達到參數設計推進到施工操作的流程優化目的,拉近設計端與材料、施工端的距離。

The emergence of digital tools has enabled us to better understand the dynamics and survival mechanisms of living organisms, thereby achieving functional design goals. With the promotion of green and sustainable concepts in the field of architecture, environmental changes, and labor shortages, design development has gained more diversified possibilities. This includes reduced energy consumption, new materials, or adaptive organizational structures that can be implemented in design practices aligned with modern architectural passive trends.   This study utilizes a parametric design process, drawing inspiration from the thermal regulation mechanisms found in biological systems, as a basis for form generation. The research explores the establishment of a new skin system on the original building facade. The study consists of five steps: (1) utilizing environmental data from the original building as the foundation for data-driven design and converging operational objectives, (2) simulating the extrusion patterns of the stratum corneum on the building facade using circle packing algorithms, (3) assessing the thermal environment improvement benefits of each developed unit at various scales, (4) incorporating the data into the parametric design of the original facade, and (5) reviewing the hardware dimensions iteratively. Finally, based on the design results, existing building materials and standardized design outcomes are integrated to establish a systematic construction method and develop a lightweight skin structure that adapts to the thermal environment efficiently.   Through the design processes and data analysis in this study, a rapid assembly lightweight facade that improves thermal environment benefits has been developed based on existing building environmental data. The research establishes key steps for the design and visualization of new skin layer systems, showcasing the interrelationships of parameters during algorithmic analysis. This optimization process aims to bridge the gap between design, materials, and construction, facilitating the progression of parameter design to construction operations.
