四川大学电气工程学院特聘教授,IEEE高级会员,IEEE电力电子学会(PELS)电机、驱动及自动化技术委员会(TC3)委员,IEEE工业电子协会(IES)电机技术委员会(TC6)委员。长期从事特种电机设计及其先进控制理论方面的研究及教学工作,具有丰富的学术及工业界科研开发经验。发表论文41篇,SCI收录23篇。2006年至2012年于全球领先的水泵设计制造商丹麦格兰富集团中国研发中心任职,主要从事特种电机设计研发及电机的耦合场分析与设计优化。2016年至2023年于丹麦奥尔堡大学能源系任职,从事特种电机设计及其先进控制理论方面的研究及教学工作;担任牵引驱动实验室负责人、电气工程方向硕士新生负责人、机电控制工程硕士学期负责人;先后承担或参与各类丹麦和欧盟的科研项目10项,总经费近6500万;与丹佛斯、马士基、比泽尔电子等各领域头部企业建立了紧密的合作关系,多项产品及技术已实现产业化应用。
